When can I start wearing the C-Section Brief?
The brief is designed for postnatal recovery. When you start wearing it depends on your own recovery, so follow the advice of your midwife or healthcare professional, especially while the wound is still dressed, swollen or painful.

What size should I order?
Sizes run S to XL. The brief gives gentle support with no compression, so do not size down for a firmer feel. If you are between sizes after birth, go up one. Not sure? Email customerservice@secretsaviours.com with your hip measurement and we will confirm your size.

Will the brief rub against my C-section scar?
The high waistband sits above the incision rather than on it, and the ultra-smooth front panel is a soft fabric (not silicone) that sits gently over the scar area to help reduce friction from seams, pads and everyday movement.

Can I wear the brief with maternity pads?
Yes. The wider gusset is designed to hold maternity pads and dressings comfortably in place during the early days of recovery.

Can it help keep silicone scar tape in place?
Yes. Once your incision has fully closed and your healthcare professional has said silicone tape is suitable, the smooth panel helps keep it covered and in place under clothing. Silicone tape is not included and should not be used on an open wound.
