Delivery information

We process your orders as swiftly as we possibly can, and give you realistic estimated delivery dates which we do our best to achieve - but you’ll understand we can’t always guarantee delivery dates where it’s out of our control. 

Orders received after midnight on Friday will normally be processed on Monday. In the unlikely event that the Secret Saviours product you order is out of stock, we’ll get in contact to ask if you’d rather keep the goods on backorder or get a refund.

• We aim to despatch your order within 24 hours of your order being placed.
• You can usually expect your order to take between 48 and 72 hours to be delivered to the UK if the order is placed before 23.59. (The Highlands and Northern Ireland could take a further 24 hours).
• We will send your order using the Royal Mail.
• For Priority Orders a signature on delivery will be required.

Please note that during the Easter Bank Holiday Weekend orders will take longer than usual as the Royal Mail does not collect or deliver on Good Friday or Easter Monday.

What types of delivery do we offer and what do they cost?

In the UK, we usually use Royal Mail courier service to deliver your order. Whilst 98% of deliveries are completed within 48 hours there’s no guarantee that this will be the case for all orders.

* All orders need to be placed before 23.59 Monday to Thursday to arrive within the delivery times below. The delivery days below refer to weekdays. Orders made on a Friday will be processed during the weekend and entered into the postal system on the following Monday. Any orders made between 00.01 on a Saturday and 23.59 on a Sunday will be processed on Monday and entered into the postal system on Tuesday.

Costs and timings of delivery vary depending on your location.

International Shipping

We now ship to the following countries and more are getting added each month. If you cant see your country, please email us and we will do our best to ship to you ASAP. The delivery costs below are based on 1 x Band or Brief Kit weighing less than 500g. If you purchase more than this the delivery costs will be shown at checkout.

Duties and import tax

• All parcels are shipped directly from our warehouses in the UK, therefore some international orders may be liable for Custom Duty and local taxes.
• EU orders - Since the 1st January 2021, if your parcel is being delivered to any EU country, it may be liable for Custom Duty and Local Taxes if the total value ordered is over 150 Euros . These fees are the responsibility of the purchaser and wont show up at checkout.
• US & Canada orders - Since the 1st January 2021, if your parcel is being delivered to any non EU country, it may be liable for Custom Duty and Local Taxes. These fees are the responsibility of the purchaser.
• Our carrier will contact you once your parcel has shipped from our warehouse and before delivery, in order for you to pay these additional fees directly to the carrier.
• Orders with multiple items may be dispatched in separate parcels. You will only be charged one delivery fee; however, duties and taxes are charged upon delivery of each item.
• Failure to pay this additional duty or tax will result in your parcel being returned to us.
• Please speak to your local Customs Office if you have any queries regarding this.

What happens if there’s no one to sign for delivery?

Most courier deliveries do require a signature but if you’re going to be out you can arrange with Royal Mail to have the package left in a safe place.

If you haven’t pre-arranged a safe place and the package cannot be delivered a contact card should be left for you to arrange re-delivery or collection. If no contact is made with the courier within 7 working days your parcel will automatically be returned to us.
