  2. B

    Bra — under bust

Just under your breasts, snug against the body.

  3. C

Bump — at the widest point

Usually around your tummy button. Use this for Band, Brief, Shorties and Leggings.

  4. D

Hips — at the widest point

Feet together. Only needed for Shorties and Leggings.

About the snug fit

The supportwear is designed to sit snugly so the Derma Dot™ pads stay in close contact with the skin. When you take it off at night, you’ll see a light imprint from the pads on your bump — that’s how you know they’re doing their job.

the next-gen brief details

The newly improved sculpting briefs have four-way stretch to support your bump and lower back whilst the Derma Dot™ pads spread the pressure created by stretching skin and block the path of stretch marks as they try to tear downwards.

The sculpting, tailored support means they don’t dig in, whilst the super soft stretchy fabric provides maximum comfort and flexibility all day long!
Should be worn snuggly against the skin so the pads leave a light imprint on your bump when the briefs are taken off at night. For correct fit please see size guidelines.

Wash at 30°c and air dry.

30-day free returns on UK orders. Preventionwear must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and hygiene liners attached. Full refund policy here.

      Next-Gen brief

"Very comfortable and supportive. Wore when at work and helped take some pressure off my belly when walking around."

      Sara N. (5/5)

"My skin is itching after 15 minutes of wearing this product. Also, I tried them when I didn't have a big bump yet, and still it felt a bit tight on the belly. Because of that I don't use this product at all, as it's uncomfortable to wear them."

      Anastasiia (2/5)

"A slightly different for to the shorts. Legs are cutting in a lot"

      Kayleigh (2/5)

      Fantastic

"First review I have ever left. I went from 49-62kg and I only needed size S I wore every night from 23weeks I personally just used them with bio oil. Not only were they comfortable, they helped support my back in the evening and from 30weeks I would not have been able to sleep without these as it helped the weight of the bump. My mother had stretch marks and sagging skin after pregnancy. I had on my legs from teenager. I did NOT get a single stretch mark no saggy skin either worth every penny. I also used for the first Month PP."

      Samantha S. (5/5)

      Comfortable and well fitting

"I bought bands and pants and the pants were so much easier to navigate - didn’t have to fiddle around them to go to the toilet! They felt supportive and comfortable. Can’t prove they prevented stretch marks and used a different brand cream… but I seemed to avoid them! Good amount of stretch!"

      Ruth H. (4/5)

"These really are comfortable and without wearing them my back aches also this is my second pregnancy and still no stretch marks I wore those for both they are brilliant"

      Leah H. (5/5)

      Fantastic. I had a HUGE

"Fantastic. I had a HUGE belly from carrying twins and did not get a single stretchmark. I carried them to term at 37 weeks and they were big babies, weighing 3.2kg and 2.6kg. The product works because two weeks before giving birth I got three stretchmarks on the very side of my hips where there were no sticky pads, but got none on my stomach. I wore the briefs religiously since week 20, when I discovered this product. I bought two sizes in the end as my belly grew so much. At one point I was also sleeping in the briefs for back support. I have since referred two friends who have bought the band and are enjoying it."
