1. The prize draw (the "Prize Draw") is open to people aged 18 and over who provide their name and email address.
2. By submitting your personal information you agree to receive emails from Secret Saviours containing offers and developments that we think may interest you. You will be given the opportunity to unsubscribe on every email that we send.
3. Full details of the prizes are available on request at hello@secretsaviours.com.
4. Entrants into the Prize Draw shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
5. One lucky winner will win a Win a Freerider Co Sling and Peony Flowers worth £85.99
6. No purchase is necessary and a purchase of Secret Saviours products will not increase your chances of winning.

8. Only one entry per person. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions are not allowed.
9. Entrants from the same IP address will be deemed as being from the same household and will not be entered into the draw.
10. Secret Saviours accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason. Proof of delivery of the entry is not proof of receipt by Secret Saviours.
11. Entrants must sign up to the prize draw via the application form found HERE by midnight on 7^th July 2021. Entries will not be accepted after this time.
12. The draw will be performed by a random computer process.
13. The draw will take place on 8^th July 2021.
14. The winner will be notified by the 10^th July 2021.
15. If a winner does not respond within 5 days their prize will be forfeited, and a new winner will be chosen. If a winner rejects their prize or the entry is invalid or in breach of these Terms and Conditions, the winner's prize will be forfeited.
16. The prize will be sent to the winner within 7 days of the prize winner being announced.
17. The name of the winner can be obtained after 17^th June 2021 by sending a stamped addressed envelope to the following address: Secret Saviours Prize Draw, 94 Aylward Road, London SW20 9AQ 
18. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes.
19. This prize draw is run by Secret Saviours and Secret Saviours retains the right to substitute the Winners and Runners Up Prizes with another prize of similar value if the original prize offered is not available.
20. No employee, friend or family of an employee, or any associated agencies are permitted to enter this prize draw. The winner may be required to take part in promotional activity related to the Prize Draw and the winner shall participate in such activity upon Secret Saviours’ reasonable request. For an unlimited time, the winner and runners up give permission for Secret Saviours, to use the winner's voice, image, photograph and name for publicity purposes (in any medium, including still photographs and films and on the internet, including any websites hosted by Secret Saviours) and in advertising, marketing or promotional material without additional compensation or prior notice. 
21. Secret Saviours shall use and take care of any personal information you supply to it as described in its privacy policy, a copy of which can be seen here and in accordance with data protection legislation. By entering the Prize Draw, you agree to the collection, retention, usage and distribution of your personal information in order to process and contact you about your Prize Draw entry and for the purposes outlined above. You also consent to Secret Saviours sending you regular newsletters.
22. Names and email addresses will not be shared with any other company. We value your privacy and won’t share your information with any other individual or company.
