- Secret Saviours accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason. Proof of delivery of the entry is not proof of receipt by Secret Saviours.
- Entrants must sign up to the prize draw via the application form found HERE by midday on Friday 10th December 2021. Entries will not be accepted after this time.
- You must be on the live stream (live) to be eligible to win any prize. One First Prize winner will be chosen from a random draw of entries received in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. One Runners Up winner will be chosen from a random draw of entries received in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
- The draw will be performed by a random computer process.
- The draw will take place during Secret Saviours Facebook live stream between 6:30pm & 7:00pm Friday 10th December 2021.
- The winner will be notified on the Live Stream and must identify themselves by supplying their name into the live chat
- If a winner does not respond on the Live Stream their prize will be forfeited, and a new winner will be chosen. If a winner rejects their prize or the entry is invalid or in breach of these Terms and Conditions, the winner's prize will be forfeited.
- The prize will be sent to the winner and runners up within two weeks of the prize winner being announced.
- This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram or Facebook
- The name and country of the winner can be obtained after 19th December 2021 by sending a stamped addressed envelope to the following address: Secret Saviours Prize Draw, 94 Aylward Road, London. SW20 9AQ
- The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes.
- This prize draw is run by Secret Saviours and Secret Saviours retains the right to substitute the Winners and Runners Up Prizes with another prize of similar value if the original prize offered is not available.
- No employee, friend or family of an employee, or any associated agencies are permitted to enter this prize draw. The winner may be required to take part in promotional activity related to the Prize Draw and the winner shall participate in such activity upon Secret Saviours’ reasonable request. For an unlimited time, the winner and runners up give permission for Secret Saviours, to use the winner's voice, image, photograph and name for publicity purposes (in any medium, including still photographs and films and on the internet, including any websites hosted by Secret Saviours) and in advertising, marketing or promotional material without additional compensation or prior notice.

By entering the Prize Draw, you agree to the collection, retention, usage and distribution of your personal information by Secret Saviours and Didofy, in order to process and contact you about your Prize Draw entry and for the purposes outlined above.
